Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using Getmd.ai ("the Service"), operated by MO Agency (Pty) Ltd ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. ## 2. Description of Service Getmd.ai provides a platform that converts website HTML content into clean markdown format, serves it via dedicated subdomains, hosts llms.txt files, and provides analytics on AI bot traffic. The Service operates through Cloudflare's edge network and is accessed via the getmd.ai domain. ## 3. Account Registration To use the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep your account information up to date. ## 4. Acceptable Use You agree not to use the Service to: - Convert or serve content you do not own or have the right to distribute - Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights - Distribute malware, spam, or harmful content - Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its infrastructure - Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its underlying systems - Use the Service to scrape, mirror, or redistribute content without authorisation - Exceed the usage limits of your subscription plan ## 5. Content Ownership You retain all ownership rights to the content you configure Getmd.ai to convert. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to fetch, convert, cache, and serve your content as markdown for the purpose of providing the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content. ## 6. Subscription and Payment Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis depending on the plan selected. All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice. Changes will not affect your current billing period. ## 7. Service Availability We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of planned downtime. ## 8. Caching and Data Processing Getmd.ai caches converted markdown content on Cloudflare's edge network to improve performance. Cache duration is configurable per site. You can purge cached content at any time through the dashboard. We process your origin site's publicly accessible HTML content to provide the conversion service. ## 9. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Getmd.ai and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. ## 10. Disclaimer of Warranties The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or available at all times, or that the markdown conversion will be perfectly accurate for all content types and CMS platforms. ## 11. Termination You may cancel your account at any time through the dashboard. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in conduct that is harmful to the Service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, and we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. ## 12. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa. ## 13. Changes to These Terms We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. ## 14.
